  • 5 years of experience working in a production facility
  • 5 years of experience managing teams of 10 and more



  • Bachelor’s – Additional experience may be substituted for education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Drug screen
  • Background Check



  • Supervise between 10 and 40 people
  • Packing and loading materials
  • Ensure success of all team members
  • Quality Control



  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Fast worker
  • Self-starter
  • Quick Learner
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to do basic math
  • Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
