We started as a workforce agency supporting adults with disabilities, helping them become financially independent so they no longer needed SSDI or SSI. As our company grew, we increased the portfolio of people we supported. Now our doors are open to everyone.

Being a veteran-owned company, the first demographic we expanded our services to were veterans, knowing firsthand the difficulties of going from military life to a civilian career. We then included others such as those with a life-changing event such as personal trauma or PTSD.

Expanding to these additional demographics was the catalyst for a complete overhaul of how Workforce Talents does business. We forwent all Federal funding so we can help a much larger population throughout the country, while providing more fully qualified candidates for our customers than any other firm.

Our Team

Workforce Talents leadership and staff all came from industry, not recruiting. There are actually no recruiters at Workforce Talents.

We were hiring managers of teams in IT, logistics, Federal, DoD, state, food production, manufacturing, administration, finance, hospitality, and many other industries. Additionally, some of our staff hold certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and many others.
