We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience developing requirements for the expansion of an enterprise software system, working closely with stakeholder, and developing logical designs.

Special support programs available to help everyone succeed.


  • 5 years of experience conducting stakeholder meetings
  • 5 years of experience writing functional, business, and security requirements
  • 4 years of experience writing test plans and test cases
  • 4 years of experience conducting software testing
  • 4 years of experience writing PL/SQL
  • 1 year of experience working with SharePoint
  • Familiar with diagramming methodologies such as UML, BPMN, etc.
  • Familiar with .NET coding



  • Ability to learn the software application domain
  • Ability to prepare software requirements, and specification documents
  • Ability to liaises between the software users and the software developers
  • Ability to convey the demands of software users to the developers
  • Has working knowledge of software technology
  • Has computer programming experience/expertise
  • Has general business knowledge
  • Has problem solving/reduction skills
  • Has strong interpersonal relation skills
  • Very flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members



  • Coordination with a team of developers
  • Perform unit testing
  • Identify & gather business requirements
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Documenting functional, business, and security requirements
  • Writing test plans and performing regression testing
  • Writing use cases
  • Write PL/SQL queries to validate data
  • Use SharePoint for writing and maintaining team/project documentation
