We are looking for fast-working self-starting individuals who want a rewarding career with strong advancement potential in food processing. This position performs various tasks to include deboning meat from chickens.

This job can also be a launching point in career fields such as shipping clerk, data entry, quality control, management, accounting, information technology or anything else you want.

Special support programs available to help everyone succeed.


NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Drug screen
  • Background Check



  • Debone meat with equipment and by hand
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Load product into packaging trays to prep them for shipping
  • Maintain high quality performance in all responsibilities as required by company and USDA policy guidelines



  • Detail-oriented
  • Fast worker

  • Quick Learner
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions & policies
