- 5 years of experience working in a production facility
- 5 years of experience managing teams of 10 and more
- Bachelor’s – Additional experience may be substituted for education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Drug screen
- Background Check
- Supervise between 10 and 40 people
- Packing and loading materials
- Ensure success of all team members
- Quality Control
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- Fast worker
- Self-starter
- Quick Learner
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to do basic math
- Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
