We are looking for a marketing professional for developing, leading, and executing marketing, strategy, and brand standards.
- 5 years of marketing experience managing multiple marketing channels
- Proven experience in creating, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and programs ideally for a multi-unit hospitality, food & beverage product, or consumer company
- Proven experience in leading high functioning marketing teams

- Proven experience in leading high functioning marketing teams
- Responsible for developing, leading, and executing marketing, strategy, and brand standards
- Responsible for plans to increase awareness, promote engagement, guest retention, and drive sales
- Executes activation strategies for marketing including digital, PR, social, and email
- Ensures marketing communications reflect T&C’s values and vision
- Drives overall website and e-commerce performance including defining, measuring, and reviewing site analytics, accessibility, and performance goals
- Ability to prepare corporate reports, budgets, forecasts, etc.
- Excellent facilitation skills for planning and conducting effective team meetings
- Must possess an attitude of service to others
- Must possess strong communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing
